Bright day
Have been cooking a fair amount here lately, and in doing so have discovered the luxury of such actions; preferring it to and over dining out. I have felt more sufficient as the inbred male desire to supply has been on some levels met. The freedom from the restrictions of a restaurant menu is exilerating once you forsake the false fears that you just cannot recreate the pictures in the cookbook....

Sometimes I wonder how we got this far? I am the manager for a local coffee shop in the town that I live in, this town also happens to hold a Starbucks.
